10th Conference on Protection against Radon at Home and at Work

The 10th Conference on Protection against Radon at Home and at Work is jointly organized by the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering (FNSPE) of the Czech Technical University in Prague and the National Radiation Protection Institute (SURO).

In addition to the scientific programme, the conference offers inter-comparison measurement of radon activity concentration, equivalent radon concentration and unattached fraction in the SÚRO’s radon chamber. Two main topics of the conference are:
- implementation of the ICRP137 dose conversion coefficients
- building material as a source of radon.
